No Matter What — Planned Parenthood

For Planned Parenthood’s No Matter What campaign, Subjective Inventory developed, directed, and produced the video storytelling for both the immersive installation and the digital campaign. The work brought intimate, first-person stories of reproductive health care to a multi-screen installation in New York City, with a companion digital film extending the campaign to Planned Parenthood’s online audience.

Subjective Inventory also led post-production, crafting the stories across multiple screens and formats while maintaining a cohesive visual and narrative experience.

Pivotal — Women & Girls

For Pivotal, Subjective Inventory led post-production on a series of films following Melinda French Gates as she meets with women and girls, educators, advocates, and innovators working to expand opportunity and shape a more equitable future.

Working from the footage, we crafted each story in post—building the narrative, shaping conversations, and bringing together distinct voices and perspectives into intimate, character-driven films. The series spans technology, education, mentorship, and health, with stories filmed across the country.

Yo Confío — Planned Parenthood

For Planned Parenthood’s Yo Confío campaign, Subjective Inventory directed and produced a series of Spanish-language spots created to connect with Spanish-speaking communities around reproductive health and access to care.

Centering authentic voices and lived experiences, the films approach conversations about sexual and reproductive health with intimacy, warmth, and cultural specificity—building trust through stories told in the language of the communities they were created to reach.

World Drowning Prevention Day — Bloomberg Philanthropies

For Bloomberg Philanthropies, Subjective Inventory produced a film for World Drowning Prevention Day highlighting global efforts to prevent drowning and expand access to lifesaving interventions.

The piece brings attention to community-based solutions—including greater access to swim lessons and childcare—that are helping protect children and families around the world.

Just Tech Fellows — Social Science Research Council

For the Social Science Research Council’s Just Tech Fellowship, Subjective Inventory directed, produced, and led post-production on a six-part film series profiling the program’s inaugural cohort of fellows.

Through intimate, character-driven portraits, the series explores the fellows’ work at the intersection of technology and social justice—from health equity and surveillance to race, labor, and digital power. Each film translates complex research into an accessible human story, centering the people challenging how technology shapes our communities and institutions.

The Just Tech Fellowship is an initiative of the Social Science Research Council, with support from the MacArthur Foundation, Ford Foundation, Surdna Foundation, and Democracy Fund.

#GRWM: Get Ready With Me — Nina Parker

For Warner Bros. Discovery, Subjective Inventory directed and produced a #GRWM: Get Ready With Me spot featuring television host and designer Nina Parker.

The piece follows Parker as she gets ready while sharing the story behind The Nina Parker Collection—her groundbreaking plus-size fashion line for Macy’s and the first Black woman-owned plus-size brand created exclusively for the retailer. The film brings together fashion, representation, and entrepreneurship through an intimate, personality-driven format.

Reproductive Justice — Planned Parenthood

Subjective Inventory founder and director Fredgy Noël directed this Planned Parenthood campaign featuring Black women leaders at the forefront of the reproductive justice movement.

Featuring leaders from Women With A Vision, In Our Own Voice: National Black Women’s Reproductive Justice Agenda, SisterSong, and the National Women’s Law Center, the film centers the voices of organizations working to protect and expand reproductive freedom. Together, their stories confront threats to abortion access while affirming the power of Black women and communities leading the fight for reproductive justice.

Voting While Black — Color Of Change

For Color Of Change’s Voting While Black initiative, Subjective Inventory produced and led post-production on a digital film featuring award-winning filmmaker Ava DuVernay.

The piece centered Black political power and civic participation, bringing together culture, storytelling, and advocacy to underscore the stakes of voting and mobilize Black communities around the ballot.

Planned Parenthood Saved My Life — Planned Parenthood

For the award-winning Planned Parenthood Saved My Life campaign, Subjective Inventory directed and produced a series of intimate, first-person films centered on people whose lives were profoundly impacted by access to Planned Parenthood’s care.

Built around personal testimony, the campaign moves beyond statistics to reveal the human impact of accessible reproductive and sexual health care—creating space for people to tell, in their own words, how Planned Parenthood changed, and in some cases saved, their lives.

For Planned Parenthood’s Care and Services campaign, Subjective Inventory directed and produced a series of films highlighting the breadth of essential health care Planned Parenthood provides to communities across the country.

Centered on real people and their experiences, the campaign brings a human perspective to reproductive and sexual health care—showing what accessible, compassionate, judgment-free care looks like and why it matters.

Planned Parenthood Action Fund — Kamala Harris

For Planned Parenthood Action Fund, Subjective Inventory directed, produced, and led post-production on a campaign spot supporting Kamala Harris and mobilizing voters around reproductive freedom and abortion access.

The film connected the stakes of the election to the lived experiences of people whose rights and access to care were on the ballot—using personal storytelling to turn a national political issue into an urgent, human call to action.

Dr. Martens Presents — Music & Film Series

For Dr. Martens Presents: Music & Film Series, Subjective Inventory founder and director Fredgy Noël was selected as one of six filmmakers to create an original short documentary exploring the music communities of New York and Los Angeles.

Created in partnership with Collide Agency, the series captures the artists, musicians, fans, and spaces shaping emerging music culture—each told through the distinct perspective of its filmmaker.

Celebrating Black Voices — Dr. Martens

For Dr. Martens’ Celebrating Black Voices campaign, Subjective Inventory produced a four-part film series amplifying Black voices, creativity, and cultural influence.

Created for digital, social, and international platforms, the series features Black employees and creators reflecting on the historical figures who have shaped Black culture, alongside the artists, activists, and organizations continuing to move culture forward today.
